PTAC REFURBISHMNET SERVICE (2) units change

  • ·         Existing AC Chassis will be removed

    ·         Inside of existing wall sleeve will be cleaned 

    ·         New gaskets and seals shall be installed on chassis and wall sleeve as necessary

    ·         Evaporator fan motor and bearing replaced

    ·         Refrigerant circuit leak tested and re-charged.

    ·         Evaporator & condenser coils chemically cleaned to maximize efficiency & restore performance

    ·         Chassis shall be cleaned, pressure washed of all debris to restore airflow

    ·         Refurbished A/C chassis will be checked, tested & started (multi point shop diagnostics)

    ·         Chassis will be re-installed (check, test, start-up again)

    ·         Includes Pickup & Delivery (NYC only, 3 working day turnaround)

    ·         Factory Warranty Reset to 18 months on parts and 20% labor discount

    ·         5 years total factory warranty on compressor parts
